After playing around with Cortana, I have to say that the dialogue perfectly rivals Siri. With the dramatic Halo background story, I would even say that parts of her really surpass the Siri program all together. I know people want to be skeptical of Microsoft’s obvious response to Apple, but Cortana is definitely something that you should give a chance before pushing it aside so easily.
